Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- large unpeeled cucumbers - 2 item
How to make cucumber dip:
Wash and grate unpeeled cucumbers. Add vinegar and salt. Stir, cover and allow to stand overnight in refrigerator. Next day press out all liquid. Blend garlic, salt, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix with cucumbers. Ready to serve.Recipe categories: Low protein, Appetizers, Dips.
