- buttermilk - 3/4 c
- low-fat cottage cheese - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- chives, minced - 1/2 tsp
- drop Tabasco - 1 item
How to make salad dressing:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth; chill before serving. Yields 1 cup.Calories 10; fat trace; carbohydrates 1.
