Ingredients/Components
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- slices bacon - 2 item
- large onion, sliced in thin rings - 1 item
- large cabbage, thinly shredded - 1/4 item
How to make stir-fried cabbage:
In a skillet or wok, fry bacon until crisp and remove. To the bacon drippings, add onion, cabbage, cayenne, ginger and soy. Cook over medium heat until the cabbage and onions are very soft and wilted. Add the crumbled bacon and stir. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Vegetables.
