Crustless cranberry pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- melted shortening - 1/4 c
- chopped pecans or walnuts preferably pecans - 1/2 c
How to make crustless cranberry pie:
Adding ingredients in the order given is important. Put cranberries in a deep 10-inch greased pie plate. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over the berries. Spread nuts on top. Beat eggs. Add 1 cup of sugar and beat. Add flour and beat very well. Add butter and shortening. Beat well again. Pour over cranberries in pie plate. Preheat oven for 1 hour. Bake at 325°.
