Crustless cranberry pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 c
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c
- cranberries - 2 c
- shortening, melted - 1/4 c
- butter or oleo, melted - 1/2 c
How to make crustless cranberry pie:
Put cranberries in greased 9-inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over them. Spread nuts on top. Bake eggs; add sugar and flour, beating well. Add butter/oleo and shortening; beat well. Pour over cranberries. Bake 1 hour at 325°. Serve warm. Slices may be heated in microwave oven as needed.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Fruit.
