Crock-pot macaroni and cheese
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- sweet milk
- box macaroni, cooked and drained - 8 oz
- tall can evaporated milk - 1 item
- sharp, grated cheese - 2 c
- medium, grated cheese - 1 c
How to make crock-pot macaroni and cheese:
Mix all ingredients together and pour in crock-pot (which has been greased with 2 tablespoons of butter). Cut several thin slices of cheese and place on top of mixture. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Cook 3 hours and 15 minutes on slow.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Elbow macaroni.
