Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • black pepper to taste - 1 item
  • sweet milk
  • box macaroni, cooked and drained - 8 oz
  • tall can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • sharp, grated cheese - 2 c
  • medium, grated cheese - 1 c

How to make crock-pot macaroni and cheese:

Mix all ingredients together and pour in crock-pot (which has been greased with 2 tablespoons of butter). Cut several thin slices of cheese and place on top of mixture. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Cook 3 hours and 15 minutes on slow.
