  • Velveeta cheese - 3/4 lb
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • chopped carrots - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • cubed potatoes - 2 c
  • head cauliflower, cut in pieces - 1 item
  • bunch chopped broccoli no stems - 1 item

How to make creamy vegetable soup:

Combine water and all vegetables. Cook until well done. Add cheese and canned chicken soup. Simmer until well blended.
