Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 qt
- onion, diced - 1 item
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
- cubed white potatoes - 4 c
How to make creamy potato soup:
Cover potatoes with water, just enough to cover. Add diced onion. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add cream of celery soup. Blend well. Add all of the half and half. Blend well. Cook until very hot, but not boiling. Dip into bowls and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ham.
