Creamy peach pie
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 3/4 Tbsp
- sugar - 1 item
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened
- peach juice - 3 4
- can sliced peaches, drained - 1 oz
- vanilla pudding and pie filling
How to make creamy peach pie:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spread in 9-inch pie plate. Arrange peaches in pie plate, reserving and chopping several for topping. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice in bowl; mix well. Spread over peaches. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Arrange reserved chopped peaches over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
