  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • whipped topping - 2 c
  • deep dish pie shell - 1 item
  • unsweetened peaches, chopped - 3 c

How to make creamy peach pie:

Bake pie crust according to directions for empty crust.

In small saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups of peaches and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and continue to cook until peaches are soft; cool.

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and remaining peaches. Spoon into baked pie crust. Arrange cooked peaches evenly over top of cream cheese. Chill several hours until set. Makes 8 servings.
