Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • basil - 2 tsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp

How to make meat loaf:

In large bowl, mix all ingredients until blended. Place in ungreased loaf pan. Bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 4 to 6.
