Creamy herb sauce

Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 6 Tbsp
• paprika - 2 tsp
• pepper - 1/2 tsp
• mayonnaise - 1/2 c
• pinch of cayenne - 1 item
• plus 2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
• dried oregano - 1 tsp
• dried basil - 2 tsp
• green onions, minced - 2 item
• kosher salt - 3/4 tsp

How to make creamy herb sauce:

Mix all ingredients well. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve this sauce with grilled or steamed chicken, fish, shrimp or scallops. Use as a dressing for a chicken and water chestnut salad.
