Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 2
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- water - 4 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- potatoes - 4 item
- onion powder - 1 tsp
How to make creamed potatoes:
Peel, dice and cook potatoes. Place remaining ingredients into a medium saucepan. Mix water with flour first, then seasonings. As sauce begins to thicken, add milk so it won't turn lumpy. Place cooked potatoes in casserole dish and pour sauce over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Scandinavian, Swedish.
