- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 item
How to make creamed corn casserole:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together; pour into baking dish (9 x 9-inch). Add the corn bread mix. Cut this into first mixture; do not stir. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Casseroles.
