- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- can whole corn - 1 item
- corn muffin mix - 1 item
How to make super corn:
Soften oleo; add egg and sour cream and beat. Put Jiffy corn mix, onion, creamed corn and whole corn (drained) in a 9 x 12-inch buttered baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Pimento may be added for color.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Main dish.
