  • milk - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • fresh corn kernels about 8 ears
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make creamed corn:

In large skillet over medium heat, pour in milk and cornstarch; mix well. Add margarine, corn and seasonings. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
