Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- fresh corn kernels about 8 ears
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make creamed corn:
In large skillet over medium heat, pour in milk and cornstarch; mix well. Add margarine, corn and seasonings. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, 10 minutes. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
