Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 1 c
How to make cream puffs:
Add salt and butter to the water. When boiling, add flour all at once, stirring constantly, until mixture leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating constantly.
