  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 1 c

How to make cream puffs:

Add salt and butter to the water. When boiling, add flour all at once, stirring constantly, until mixture leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating constantly. Drop by spoonfuls onto buttered pan, 2 inches apart. Bake at 3
