  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • box 10x sugar - 1 item
  • Topping:1 stick margarine

How to make carrot cake:

Topping:1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 c. chopped nuts1 box 10x sugar1 tsp. vanilla Beat well the sugar, salad oil, eggs and vanilla. Add slowly the flour, soda and cinnamon. Fold in grated carrots. Bake in 3 (9-inch) greased and floured pans at 350° for 30 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients for the topping well and ice the cake.
