Cream puffs



  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • pinch of salt to boiling water - 1 item

How to make cream puffs:

Boil water, butter and salt. Add flour and remove from stove. Stir until smooth. Add 1 egg at a time. Drop on ungreased baking sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Filling: Diet Jell-O instant pudding or regular instant pudding or your own custard filling. Make hole or slice puffs and put in filling.
