Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- whole eggs - 4 item
- Mazola oil - 3/4 c
- juice orange or apricot - 3/4 c
How to make lemon pound cake:
Mix all ingredients; beat with mixer. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from pan as soon as you can handle.Mix 1 cup 10x sugar with juice of 2 lemons. Punch holes in cake and pour lemon glaze over cake.
