- milk
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 3/4 lb
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chopped broccoli - 3/4 lb
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
In saucepan, saute onions in margarine until tender. Reduce heat; add milk, cream cheese and Velveeta cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Add broccoli.
