Cream of broccoli soup

Ingredients/Components

• butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
• chopped onion - 1/2 item
• jar Cheez Whiz - 16 oz
• chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
• half and half milk - 1 pt
• clear chicken broth - 2 c

How to make cream of broccoli soup:

Cook broccoli and onion until tender in broth. Add 1 pint of half and half milk. Add jar of Cheez Whiz. Stir until cheese is dissolved. Add butter or margarine. Enjoy.
