- milk
- all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
- box frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed - 1 item
- envelope Lipton chicken noodle soup mix with diced white meat - 1 item
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of milk and broccoli to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Stir in soup mix and flour blended with remaining milk.
