  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • egg, separated - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • cans crescent rolls, room temperature - 2 oz

How to make cream cheese danish:

Layer baking pan with 1 package crescent rolls. Seal edges. Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla. Spread mixture over layer of rolls in pan.

Cover with second can of rolls. Brush with egg white plus 1 tablespoon of water. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Yield: 8 to 12 servings.
