  • Chocolate Crumb Crust - 1 item
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk not evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • 12 oz - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust
  • confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
  • unsweetened cocoa - 1/3 c
  • margarine or butter, melted - 1/3 c

How to make fudge truffle cheesecake:

Preheat oven to 300°. Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 1 cheesecake.Chocolate Crumb Crust:1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers)1/2 c. confectioners sugar1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted Combine ingredients. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
