Ingredients/Components
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- light corn syrup
How to make snow peak frosting:
In small saucepan over medium heat, heat corn syrup until boiling. Remove from heat. In large bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until foamy. Add salt; continue beating just until soft peaks form. Slowly pour in hot syrup, continuing to beat for 6 to 8 minutes until frosting is fluffy and forms peaks when beater is raised.
