Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- minced garlic - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- 8-inch pie shells - 2 item
- chopped crawfish - 1 lb
How to make crawfish pie:
Brown seasoning in cooking oil. Add crawfish, cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Pour mixture in pie shell; cover with other pie shell. Pinch edges and cut slits in center of shell. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Yum Yum!!Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
