Ingredients/Components

  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • minced garlic - 2 Tbsp
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • medium bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • 8-inch pie shells - 2 item
  • chopped crawfish - 1 lb

How to make crawfish pie:

Brown seasoning in cooking oil. Add crawfish, cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Pour mixture in pie shell; cover with other pie shell. Pinch edges and cut slits in center of shell. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Yum Yum!!
