  • water - 3/4 c
  • almond extract - 1/2 tsp
  • raisins - 3 Tbsp
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • grated orange rind
  • fresh cranberries
  • pastry for 9-inch pie
  • Cranberry Topping - 1 item
  • Orange Cream - 1 item
  • strips of orange rind - 1 item
  • Fit pastry into an 11 x 7 1/2 x 1-inch tart pan

How to make cranberry tart:

Roll pastry to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. Fit pastry into an 11 x 7 1/2 x 1-inch tart pan. Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar and almond extract. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Pour the mixture into prepared pastry. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and let cool completely. Spread Cranberry Topping over tart. Pipe Orange Cream on top of tart using a decorator bag fitted with tip Number 22. Garnish with orange rind; chill.
