Cranberry relish

Cranberry relish



  • sugar - 1 c
  • cranberries - 2 c
  • orange liqueur - 2 Tbsp
  • unpeeled seedless orange, cut into pieces - 1 item

How to make cranberry relish:

In a food grinder or blender, coarsely grind cranberries and orange. Add sugar and orange liqueur; stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Can be made up to one week ahead and refrigerated. Makes about 2 cups.

Note: Relish has a kick!
