Blueberry salad



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • can blueberry pie filling - 1 oz

How to make blueberry salad:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple and add liquid to gelatin mixture. Stir in pie filling and pineapple. Pour into 2-quart flat pan and refrigerate until firm. Blend the softened cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Spread over congealed salad, then sprinkle nuts over top.
