Cranberry ice
Ingredients/Components
- cranberries - 4 c
- water - 2 c
- sugar or artificial sweetener
- lemons - 2 item
- knox unflavored gelatin - 1 pkg
- small amount of cold water - 1 item
How to make cranberry ice:
Boil cranberries with water until tender. Strain. Boil sugar and quart of water for 5 minutes. Add sugar water, juice of lemons, and gelatin which has been softened in cold water, to the cranberries. Freeze, stirring several times during freezing. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Gelatin.
