Cranberry ice
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- water
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- grated lemon rind - 1 Tbsp
- cranberries - 3 c
How to make cranberry ice:
Cook berries and 2 cups of water about 10 minutes. Put through sieve to make a smooth pulp. Stir in rest of the ingredients. Pour into freezing tray. Freeze until firm, stirring several times. Good at holidays to accompany ham or turkey.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Gelatin.
