Cranberry crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- uncooked rolled oats - 1 c
- grated cranberries - 2 c
- orange rind, grated in blender - 1 item
How to make cranberry crunch:
Mix oats, flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Place half this mixture in an 8 x 8-inch pan. Cover with cranberry mixture (grated cranberries, orange and sugar). Top with balance of crumb mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Side dish.
