Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • uncooked rolled oats - 1 c
  • grated cranberries - 2 c
  • orange rind, grated in blender - 1 item

How to make cranberry crunch:

Mix oats, flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Place half this mixture in an 8 x 8-inch pan. Cover with cranberry mixture (grated cranberries, orange and sugar). Top with balance of crumb mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
