Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cranberries - 2 c
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- jar orange marmalade - 12 oz
- crystallized ginger, chopped - 4 oz
How to make cranberry crunch:
Put cranberries and sugar in pan and cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Cool a little; then add marmalade, ginger and pecans, in layers, with pecans on top. Refrigerate and use as condiment with turkey. OR serve as a dessert with whipped cream or possibly with vanilla ice cream.
