  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • cream cheese - 24 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • cans whole cranberry sauce - 2 oz

How to make cranberry cheesecake:

Preheat oven to 325°. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and walnuts together. Press into spring-form pan. Spread 1 can whole cranberry sauce over crust. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and eggs well . Add flour, sour cream and vanilla; beat 2 minutes. Pour in pan over cranberry sauce. Bake at 325° for 1 hour until firm to touch. Turn off oven and leave slightly ajar to cool for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Top with can of whole cranberry sauce and cranberries.
