Cranberry cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 2/3 c
- cream cheese - 24 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- flour - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- finely chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- cans whole cranberry sauce - 2 oz
How to make cranberry cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 325°. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and walnuts together. Press into spring-form pan. Spread 1 can whole cranberry sauce over crust. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and eggs well . Add flour, sour cream and vanilla; beat 2 minutes. Pour in pan over cranberry sauce. Bake at 325° for 1 hour until firm to touch. Turn off oven and leave slightly ajar to cool for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Top with can of whole cranberry sauce and cranberries.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 60 mins.
