Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 4 oz
• sugar - 1/2 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• boiling water - 1 c
• can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• powdered sugar - 1/4 c
• stick melted margarine - 1 item
• small lemon jello - 1 item
• can cold milk, whipped - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Heat and cool the pineapple and sugar. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Soft set and whip. Mix cracker crumbs, margarine and powdered sugar. Set aside 1 cup. Press in large rectangle dish. Mix milk and cream cheese. Mix with jello. Pour on top of crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs.

Can use strawberry jello and frozen strawberries. Omit sugar.

Can make with no fruit; omit 1/4 cup sugar, using strawberry jello.
