- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- raisins - 1 c
- sour milk - 1 c
- currants optional - 1 c
How to make norwegian coffee cake:
Rub with fingers into crumbs the flour, sugar and butter. Save 2 cups for top. Mix the remaining ingredients; add remaining crumb mixture. Pour into greased and floured 8 x 8-inch pan.
