Ingredients/Components
- oil
- sugar - 2 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- allspice - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- Sift dry ingredients
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 1/4 lb
How to make pumpkin cake:
Mix oil and sugar. Sift dry ingredients. Add along with pumpkin and eggs to oil. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.Icing:1 lb. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. chopped pecans1/4 lb. margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. salt Mix margarine and cream cheese.
