Pumpkin cake

Ingredients/Components

• oil
• sugar - 2 c
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• soda - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• allspice - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• pumpkin - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• raisins - 1 c
• small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• Sift dry ingredients
• pkg - 1 oz
• margarine - 1/4 lb

How to make pumpkin cake:

Mix oil and sugar. Sift dry ingredients. Add along with pumpkin and eggs to oil. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.Icing:1 lb. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. chopped pecans1/4 lb. margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. salt Mix margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar and salt. Beat well. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread on cooled cake.
