Crabmeat puffs

Ingredients/Components

• egg whites - 2 item
• mayonnaise - 1 c
• small crab pieces - 1 c
• toasted bread rounds - 1 item

How to make crabmeat puffs:

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in mayonnaise and crab. Season to taste and put on bread rounds. Broil for about 3 minutes until puffy and brown. Serve immediately.
