Ingredients/Components

  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • shredded cheese mild or sharp - 16 oz
  • chopped onions regular or green onions - 1/2 c
  • can chopped mushrooms canned are better than fresh - 1 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • backfin crab meat - 1 lb
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt and pepper - 1 item

How to make crab quiche:

Spray large shallow baking dish with Pam. Mix ingredients in following order: Bisquick, milk, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, cheese, mushrooms, crab meat and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into baking dish. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until light brown on top. Let set before serving. Cut in squares and top with sour cream.
