Crab quiche
Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- shredded cheese mild or sharp - 16 oz
- chopped onions regular or green onions - 1/2 c
- can chopped mushrooms canned are better than fresh - 1 item
- milk - 2 c
- backfin crab meat - 1 lb
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make crab quiche:
Spray large shallow baking dish with Pam. Mix ingredients in following order: Bisquick, milk, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, cheese, mushrooms, crab meat and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into baking dish. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes or until light brown on top. Let set before serving. Cut in squares and top with sour cream.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Shellfish, Crab.
