Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- green pepper - 1 item
- backfin crabmeat - 1 lb
How to make crab imperial:
Saute green pepper in butter 1 minute. Mix all ingredients except crabmeat, then gently stir into crabmeat. Put in individual shells or baking dish. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise over each shell.
