Crab crostini
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tsp
- chopped fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- plus 2 tsp - 2 Tbsp
- fresh lime juice - 1 Tbsp
- chopped fresh chives - 1 Tbsp
- diced red pepper - 1/2 c
- lump crabmeat - 8 oz
- Italian bread, cut into 16 slices - 4 oz
- to 5 dashes hot pepper sauce - 4 item
How to make crab crostini:
In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat, red pepper, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, lime juice, mustard and hot sauce; blend well.Spread 1 tablespoon of crab mixture on each slice of bread.
In preheated broiler pan, lined with foil, place the crostini 4 inches from the heat for 5 or 6 minutes or until lightly browned.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes. Serves: 8.
