Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- cream cheese, softened - 11 oz
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- can crabmeat, drained - 18 oz
How to make crab ball:
Combine cream cheese, crabmeat, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and form into ball. Refrigerate.Make sauce by mixing ketchup, lemon juice, horseradish and Tabasco. At serving time, drizzle sauce and serve with crackers.
