- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
- to 5 potatoes - 3 item
How to make country potatoes:
Cut baking potatoes into 1/8-inch slices. Place in bowl with 2 tablespoons oil, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Place skin side down on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 422° until tender. Add parsley if desired.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
