Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onions, sliced in rings - 3 item
- bell pepper, coarsely chopped - 1 c
- carrots, sliced or 2 cans carrots - 2 lb
How to make copper pennies:
If using fresh carrots, cook until tender. Mix all ingredients together and let stand in refrigerator at least 12 hours. You can drain carrots and use the liquid for salad dressing.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
