Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- pork chops - 4 item
- whole small onions - 6 item
- leaf thyme, crushed - 1/4 tsp
How to make country fried pork chops:
In skillet, brown chops and mushrooms. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, water and thyme. Add onions and carrots. Cover. Cook on low heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Stir now and then.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
