  • self-rising flour - 1 c
  • self-rising cornmeal - 1 c

How to make country cornbread:

Heat oil in a seasoned cast-iron skillet at 350°. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Remove the hot oil from the oven and add oil to the mix. Pour mixture into hot skillet and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
