- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- self-rising cornmeal - 1 c
How to make country cornbread:
Heat oil in a seasoned cast-iron skillet at 350°. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Remove the hot oil from the oven and add oil to the mix. Pour mixture into hot skillet and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Time to make.
