Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- self-rising cornmeal
How to make corn bread:
Add the milk to the meal and mix thoroughly. Add the oil and stir. Spoon into a greased and preheated 8 x 4-inch pan or a similar pan or fill muffin tin cups half full. Bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Southern u.s..
