- sugar - 2 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- frozen coconut - 12 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- Add flour and milk
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
How to make coconut pound cake:
Mix sugar and oil; add eggs one at a time and beat after each addition. Add flour and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased tube pan 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.Icing:1 tsp. coconut flavoring1 c. sugar1 stick margarine1/2 c. water Mix and bring to boil. Pour over cake while warm.
