Country breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 10 item
- light cream - 3 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- Swiss cheese, shredded - 1 c
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- day old bread, cubed - 16 oz
- sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained - 1 lb
How to make country breakfast casserole:
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan well. Place bread in pan and sprinkle with cheese. Combine rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour over bread; refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350° or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, Omelets and frittatas.
